What went well

- Player enthusiasm, especially in the first half and interest in the game mechanics were awesome.
- Team leadership on all teams was great, teams were organized and stayed together.
- The props came out nicely, thanks again Ronin_Mayhem for the help making them.
- Most people were on time
- Good balance of medics, and good job to all medics
- Players had fun
- Nothing but positive feedback on the new field
- Nobody got lost
- Players brought and drank their water
- Players wore the correct uniforms for their teams
- Everyone that needed to have one had a radio or was loaned one

Issues fixed on the field

- Someone abusing "blind man" to scout with impunity - addressed at lunch, it stopped
- Most of the smaller cartel had to go at lunch, we disbanded the cartel and converted the remaining players into locals who could make their own alliances.
- Due to some non-standard radios, we had some instances of cross-channel interference.

Things that could be improved

- Smaller cartel base needs to be moved further south, or further from the DEA compound in general.
- Smaller cartel needs to be a larger force than the DEA.
- The larger cartel needs to be less than twice the size of the smaller one, perhaps 1.5 is a good balance.
- More shipments should have gone out giving the Cartel 1 more opportunities to score points, and the other teams more opportunities to steal them. Only two shipments went out and the second never made it.
- There was a considerable amount of reports of no hit calling and overshooting in the second half. It is important to bring dead rags if possible, especially in the dense woods it is hard to tell if someone is calling a hit.
- Due to the close proximity on most of the field, we are looking into heavy and permanent restrictions on "hot" guns on this field. Feedback is much appreciated here, but we discourage heavy use of sniper riffles and DMRs.

Game score:

Delta Aguillas Cartel:

Successfully delivering shipments: (1) - 10 points
Acquiring additional cocaine: 0
Acquiring cocaine from DEA compound: 0
Misc CIA dealings: 0, deal went bad, took casualties, killed CIA agents
Total points: 10

Los Fontasmas Cartel:

Acquiring additional cocaine: 0
Acquiring cocaine shipment: 0
Acquiring cocaine from DEA compound: 0
Recovering captured leader: 5 points
Misc CIA dealings: 0 pts, CIA delivered leader back in exchange for assistance with a mission.
Total points: 5

Drug Enforcement Agency

Acquiring additional cocaine: 6 points
Stopping shipments: 0
Capturing cartel leader(s): 10 points
Misc CIA dealings: 5 pts (traded custody of cartel leader for cocaine)
Paid 5 cocaine to activate CIA mission to capture Delta Aguillas leader: no change in points standing
Total points: 21

It was fun. Thanks for a great event. Hopefully the issues that need to be addressed and fixed will be corrected before the next event. Looking forward to playing more.

It wasn't that, Baofeng actually came in very handy to keep an ear on the admin channel. One of the teams had purchased some cheap radios that labeled channels differently, I.E. a channel # on their radio pointed to the frequency of a different channel # for motorollas for example, and they ended up transmitting on the channel of another team at one point.

Hot guns should still be used just people need to be more conchous of how dence the place is. Thats all. Dead rags are more encourraged here to put it mildly. And the game was alot of fun in the first half but you did a good job tryin to componsate for the loss of players after lunch. Should be an annual game

That was my hope, to make it an annual EWA event. And it was a great way to introduce the new field I think, now we can take the feedback from this op and make OP WTL II even better next year.
